Try this:
One 8oz container of your fav plain cream cheese.
Mix in 1/4C sugar, 1 tsp vanilla extract and beans scraped from half a vanilla bean.
Spread on a bagel or waffle.
Other suggestions: on a slice of pumpkin bread, muffins or use as dip for gingersnaps!
I HIGHLY recommend the new Eggo Pumpkin Spice waffles.
Simply heaven.
