Valentine cherry tartlet

Just a valentine version of the cherry tarts I did for Christmas. Just a recap on how to make very simple quick tarts. Buy the roll out refrigerated dough and use a drinking glass to cut circles. Spray the cups of a mini cupcake pan with non stick spray, then carefully take each circle and line each cup with one, pressing along the sides. Fill with filling. Cut mini hearts in dough scraps and place one on top. Brush lightly with egg and sprinkle with sugar. Bake 375F for about 15 minutes. Eat with your valentines.
